ALTA offers rapid functional prototyping through Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) using an in-house professional Bambu Lab X1 Series 3D printer. This technology enables fast production of mechanically representative components, allowing early evaluation of geometry, assembly fit, and functional performance during the product development process. FDM prototyping is ideal for iterative design, functional testing, and validation before tooling and production.

ALTA provides high-precision SLA 3D printing services using an in-house Formlabs Form 3+ stereolithography system. SLA technology delivers excellent surface quality and fine detail, making it suitable for aesthetic models, dimensional validation, and high-accuracy prototypes. This process supports design verification, fit checks, and rapid iteration prior to manufacturing.
