ALTA collaborated with Acutronic Medical Systems in the development of a high-frequency pediatric ventilator, providing industrial design and product engineering services from concept refinement through production-ready design.

The project involved the development of the product architecture and enclosure, engineering of injection-molded plastic components, integration of the display and user interface, definition of colors, materials and graphics, and optimization for manufacturing and assembly.

Every design decision balanced ergonomics, aesthetics, structural performance, and production efficiency, resulting in a robust, user-friendly medical device suitable for high-volume manufacturing while meeting the demanding quality standards of the medical industry.
