ALTA ideated a thermoplastic injection-molded housing for the PAL System head column, replacing the original sheet metal construction.

The redesigned housing integrates a transparent front section, enabling visibility of internal mechanical movement while maintaining structural stability and precision.

In addition to the structural conversion, ALTA developed and presented aesthetic OEM variations.

The scope of work was limited exclusively to the head column housing.
