We designed the exterior architecture and component interfaces for DLAB’s next-generation bottle-top dispenser, wrapping the fixed internal glass and silicone fluid mechanisms in a highly premium clinical shell.

Our Core Contributions:

• Split-Shell Enclosure: Designed a sleek, dual-sided outer housing to cleanly enclose the glass cylinder mechanism while optimizing benchtop cleanability.

• Refined Interaction Points: Redesigned the manual volume-adjustment knob, a 90° rotating return valve switch, and the protective outlet pipe cap for tactile, intuitive operation.

• Dynamic Integration: Developed custom top covers and connectors engineered to perfectly align with the vertical travel of the internal glass piston.

• Ergonomic Base Geometry: Remodeled the external form of the universal bottle connector to provide a secure grip during installation without altering the standard internal threads.
