For Lumenis, ALTA developed the industrial design and engineering of the radio-frequency body handpiece for the NuEra Tight aesthetic treatment system.

The design focused on creating a slim, distinctive and ergonomic handheld product suitable for comfortable use across different areas of the body. The sculpted upper grip, balanced proportions and carefully inclined rear section provide secure handling while giving the handpiece a recognizable and professional identity.

During the engineering phase, ALTA refined the division of the upper and lower housings, cable-connector integration and internal construction. Ribs, fixing inserts, tabs, grooves and assembly details were optimized to strengthen the enclosure and prepare the handpiece for reliable production.

The resulting design combines comfortable professional handling, a coherent Lumenis visual identity and a production-ready enclosure for everyday aesthetic treatments.
