We designed and engineered a complete, highly accessible dental treatment ecosystem tailored specifically for geriatric care and mobility-impaired patients. Our comprehensive scope covered the industrial design, ergonomics, and mechanical architecture to transform complex medical hardware into an intuitive, high-end clinical workstation.

Our Core Contributions:

• Empathetic Chair Architecture: We sculpted two specialized configurations—an integrated elevator-lift workstation and a freestanding model—incorporating a fluid knee-break mechanism that mimics a reassuring armchair for effortless patient entry before smoothly reclining.

• Unified Water & Utility Column: We developed the central water unit and cuspidor column with a clean, monolithic silhouette, balancing dense internal plumbing and mechanical packaging with a seamless, easily sanitized exterior housing.

• Articulating Workflow Design: We engineered the multi-axis instrument arms, interface trays, and control tables for both the dentist and assistant delivery modules, optimizing clinical reach ergonomics, tool layout efficiency, and structural durability.
