We developed this motorcycle eyewear sun-shield system from the ground up, managing the entire product development process from concept generation to manufacturing. The project included industrial design, mechanical engineering, prototyping, design optimization, and production preparation, resulting in a lightweight, secure, and ergonomic clip-on solution that enhances sun protection and riding comfort while remaining compatible with prescription eyewear.
